EHR series rubber lined slurry pump are similar to EHM series in structure. EHM(R) heavy duty slurry pump

allowable range of pump work pressure, the pumps could run in series to reach high head.

Application
 
This series of pumps is cantilevered pumps, used for handling strong abrasive and corrosive slurries in the mining, metallurgy, coal washery, power plant, dredging, petrochemical, building material, and other industrial field etc.

Drive Type

The drive type for the equipment could be DC (direct connection), V-belt drive (CL, CR, CVZ, ZVZ),
gear box reducer, hydraulic couplings, VFD, SCR control and so on.

Material Advantage  The main wear parts of slurry pump are wet parts. Excellence Pump Industry Co., Ltd adopts many kinds anti-abrasive material to extend the lifetime of wet parts.  The wet parts material for standard EHM series slurry pump is high chrome alloy KmTBCr26 and for series EHR the material is natural rubber. KmTBCr26 is a wear resistant white iron that offers excellent performance under erosive conditions. Moreover, to meet different requirements, Excellence Pump Industry Co., Ltd can also produce wet parts of other material to replace high chrome alloy or natural rubber, such as EPDM, Hypalon, Hastelloy, CD4MCU, chloroprene rubber adhesive and other anti-abrasive material. Shaft Seal  The shaft seal type mainly adopts packing seal and centrifugal seal, and the mechanical seal is also available. Mechanical seal has very good seal effect, but it is of high cost and requests the flush water strictly.
